Shipping & Logistics Policy

Caribou delivers products across serviceable locations in India through trusted logistics partners, from our warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Order processing

Once your order and payment are successfully confirmed, it will generally be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are generally 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location, product availability and logistics partner.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp or the relevant communication channel, wherever available.

Shipping charges

Applicable shipping, handling or COD charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Delivery attempts

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number while placing your order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to Caribou. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged packages

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record the condition of the package and contact us within 48 hours at shubhneet.caribou@gmail.com or +91 85888 67372.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, strikes, public holidays, transportation disruptions, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
