Return Policy

We take quality seriously. Every Caribou product is designed and tested to meet our standards before it reaches you.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you may raise a replacement or return request within 7 days of delivery. All Caribou products also carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

To be eligible

The product must be returned in its original condition.
Original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards and other supplied items must be retained.
A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
The product should not have been damaged due to misuse, improper installation or mishandling.
Images or an unboxing video of the product and packaging may be requested for verification.

After your request is approved

Caribou will arrange a reverse pickup where available, or share return shipping instructions. Once the product is inspected, we ship a replacement. If a replacement is not available, the amount is refunded as per our Refund Policy.

What isn’t covered

Returns may not be accepted for products damaged after delivery due to improper use, normal wear and tear, electrical conditions outside specified limits, unauthorised repairs or physical damage caused by the customer.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Caribou.
