Order Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on the Caribou website can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

To request a cancellation, use the cancellation option available under your order, where applicable, or contact our customer support team with your Order ID and registered contact details.

Before dispatch

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method as per our Refund Policy.

COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not require any refund processing.

After dispatch

Once an order has been packed, dispatched or handed over to our logistics partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you no longer wish to keep a dispatched order, the applicable Return Policy will determine whether the product is eligible for return.

Cancellation by Caribou

In rare circumstances, Caribou may cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Payment or transaction issues
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Incomplete or unverifiable order details
• Delivery location being unserviceable
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If Caribou cancels a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
